- USACE Individual Permit application preparation including alternatives analyses
- Avoidance and minimization strategies
- Development of compensatory mitigation plans including credit inquiries and procurement of Statements of Credit Availability (SOCA) from mitigation banks
- Preparation of applications for impacts to State waters and/or their buffers (e.g., State of Georgia Stream Buffer Variance)
