Nutter & Associates routinely identifies and assesses aquatic resources and obtains federal and state permits related to impacts to those resources.

Nutter & Associates staff has deep expertise in soils, hydrology, and ecology to evaluate sites and delineate streams and wetlands that might be jurisdictional waters of the United States or waters of a State. With a constant eye on the ever-changing legal status of aquatic resources and environmental law, we navigate the challenging permitting climate to ensure our projects’ success.
